Winter Season Pricing
Note: Prices listed here in effect starting October 16, 2023 through mid-April
Campground reservations may be impacted by event schedule including black-out dates for 1-2 events/year. Long-term campers may be asked to move around big event needs not known on your arrival.
SHORT-TERM:
Nightly Rate: $30 per night (Up to 6 consecutive nights)
Weekly Rate: $182 per week (7 or 14 consecutive nights commitment)
- Savings of 13% off the nightly rate
- You'll save money with the monthly rate after 2 weeks
- Maximum 2-week stay
Reservation Process for Short-Term Stays (1-14 consecutive nights commitment)
- RESERVE HERE no less than 48 hours in advance so your campsite will be opened & ready for your arrival
- For arrivals in less than 48 hours, call the Main Office (M-F, 8-4:30) at 402.441.6545.
- If you do not have a reservation prior to arrival, call the Manager on Duty at 402.429.4536 and they will do their best to get you accommodated
LONG-TERM:
Monthly Rates: $558 per month (31 consecutive nights commitment)
- Savings of 40% off the nightly rate
- A month is 31 days including day of check-in
- May stay for up to 3 months
- Stays over 3 months are only considered on exception basis for campers in good standing on long-term work contracts.
- Please submit request by email no less than 3 weeks before the end of your 3-month term
Application & Reservation Process for Long-Term Stays (31 consecutive nights commitment)
- An approved Long-term Campground Application is required PRIOR to reserving a campsite. APPLY HERE
- Lead time to receive approval prior to reserving/arriving: 14 days prior
- Monthly reservations also require a background check (completed in the application process)
- Submit applications in the ONLINE PORTAL or email to Campground Manager:

- AFTER you have received written approval, then you can reserve your campsite. RESERVE HERE
Services Included with your Campsite
- Water and electrical access at each campsite (water determined by annual freeze weather)
- Reasonably priced sewer and/or winter water truck service
- Showers & Laundry machines located nearby in Multi-Purpose Arena (Only available to long-term stays)
- Single dump station in parking lot at year-round campground entrance
- David Murdock trail for walking or jogging on southern edge
- Stevens Creek hiking or dog walking on eastern edge
- High-speed Wi-Fi available at reasonable cost with long-term discounts
- Cafes open during events (entrance ticket sometimes required)
- General Store (open during events - snacks & questions)
- Propane for sale
High-speed wireless Internet:
- Connect to LEC_Guest for affordable service options up to 50Mbps
- Access from any building & the campground
- Speed available to stream TV, movies and games
- Starting from $1.95 per day per device or $99.95 monthly for 5 devices

Note: We offer only paid and pre-reserved spots only. It will be considered trespassing if you just show up and pick a spot without paying. Please call prior to showing up and have a spot reserved for you.

Notice: We reserve the right to evict anyone violating our rules, destroying or damaging our property, creating a disturbance, not paying bills or violating any city or state laws – No Refunds. See policies for full details on our rules so all our campers can enjoy their stay at the LEC campground.
Notice: Cancellations may be refunded minus a 15% fee or 1 night of camping (lesser of the 2).
